We have been very busy this month with Point Of Sale Solutions at Costa Systems. It’s a busy time of year for us installing ePOS Solutions for restaurants and bars as we approach peak Communion and wedding season!
Cloughjordan House, Cloughjordan, Tipperary
Cloughjordan House is an upscale boutique wedding venue in Tipperary. They specialize in boutique upscale weddings with quirky on-site accommodation. With accommodation for up to 85 people, guests can stay in the main house, coach house, the dairy, cowshed or even in the glamping pods!
The owners needed a facility where guests could charge drinks to their room and open a tab when staying overnight or even for the whole weekend. Before our installation, they were using an older touchscreen system, that did not do this. We incorporated this feature and also provided extra features such as credit card integration which results in fewer errors. The system can also integrate with a property management booking system called Welcome Anywhere. This makes the booking process a whole lot easier to manage. Unlike other booking systems, Welcome Anywhere has no upfront fee so it’s very attractive for small to medium businesses trying to keep costs to a minimum.
Macs Shack, Longford
If you are ever on the road from Ballymahon to Keenagh and feeling peckish then stop at Macs Shack in Keenagh, County Longford.The food is great, there is plenty of it, it is cooked fresh and served with a smile. This casual eatery has been open for the past three years and during that time, they have won numerous awards. We were happy to replace their older till system with a more efficient up-to-date ePOS system to make ordering easier and more importantly faster for their staff members.
The Century Bar, Dundalk
Most people don’t know that this pub is a listed building and the original bar from 1902 is still in place today. The pub has recently been taken over by new owners who also run PJ O’ Hares in Carlingford. They quickly set about revamping the entire bar and restaurant. We fitted two new ePOS systems and a back office server.
Cahills Bar & Bistro, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan
This casual bistro needed a robust ePOS terminal, as this popular pub gets quite a lot of traffic. As well as a till system, we also installed a thermal receipt printer and dot matrix printer. The Fourth Corner, Kevin Street, Dublin.
The Fourth Corner Pub is a newly opened upmarket neighbourhood bar. The pub takes its name from The Four Corners of Hell which was the colloquial name given to the junction where New Street, Patrick’s Street, Kevin’s Street and Dean Street met in The Liberties, Dublin 8. We installed two tills with receipt printers, one located upstairs and one downstairs.
