Returning an Item with the Transaction Receipt
To returning an item with the transaction receipt, press Return Item F3 on the transaction screen.
The following screen will appear.
This is where you scan the barcode on the bottom of the sales receipt. If the barcode is damaged you can manual enter the barcode number which is printed under the barcode.
Once you have scanned the barcoded this will take you to the Return Reason Screen
Select the Return Reason and Press Ok.
Return Reasons can be changed on back office.
This will then take you to the Select Return Item Screen. This will show all the items on the sales receipt.
To select the item touch the box so a tick appears on the left hand side of the product alternatively you can use the all button to select them all.Press Ok.
This will take you back to the transaction screen, the items will show as a negative. To process the refund using the tender key of choice. For example Credit Note, Cash and Card.

Returning an item without a Receipt
To return an item without out a receipt scan the barcode attached to the garment on the transaction screen.
PressReturn Item F3
Select the reason for the return and press ok this will now take you back to the transaction screen and the items will show as a negative.
If the customer is returning more than one item. Repeat this.
Process the refund using the tender key of choice. For example Credit Note, Cash and Card.
If the item doesn’t have a barcode you can use Find Item to select the item being returned.

Open Department Returns
For an open department return you will need to put the open department though again by using the open department button.
This will add the item to the transaction screen. Press the Return Item button.
This will take you to the Return Reason Screen.
Select a Return Reason and press the OK button.
This will now take you back to the transaction screen. The Open Department Sale should now be a negative. Process the refund by tender of choice. For example Credit Note, Cash and Card.
